An Intoxicated Citizen Fired Shots in Stepanakert's Renaissance Square

At dawn, around 05:45, reports were received that shots had been fired in the Renaissance Square of Stepanakert. This was announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh.

An enhanced police unit from the city administration has been dispatched to the scene.

It was revealed that the shots were fired with a firearm by a resident of Stepanakert, identified as S. M. In an intoxicated state, he discharged his double-barreled shotgun into the air in the square.

The citizen, who grossly violated public order, has been detained by the city administration. The circumstances are under investigation.
