Ukrainian Tanks Likely Filled with Fuel from Russian Oil: Handelsblatt
Ukrainian tanks are likely being filled with fuel derived from Russian oil. This was reported by the German newspaper Handelsblatt, citing Ukrainian customs data.
It was noted that the country has increased its purchases of oil products from Turkey and Hungary, which use oil sourced from Russia at their refineries.
Earlier, a representative of the German Ministry of Defense assured that German officials have not halted negotiations with Polish authorities regarding the establishment of a reconstruction center in Warsaw for the Leopard tanks transferred to the Ukrainian armed forces. This comment followed media reports that Berlin had abandoned the project due to high repair cost demands from Poland.
At the same time, on July 21, it became known that within a week, German authorities handed over another ten Leopard 1 tanks to the Kyiv regime, as well as more than 3,000 shells with a caliber of 155 mm.
