Bayramov Does Not Rule Out Using the Aghdam-Stepanakert Road for the Needs of Armenians from Artsakh
On July 14, a meeting took place between Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Draghana Kožič, the head of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) representation in Azerbaijan. During the meeting, they discussed the cooperation between Azerbaijan and the ICRC, the situation at the Lachin checkpoint, as well as the ICRC's activities in Stepanakert, according to the APA news agency.
During the discussions, Bayramov stated that with the mediation of the ICRC and in accordance with necessary regulations, there is a possibility of continuing medical passage for Armenians from Artsakh through the border checkpoint. Regarding meeting their needs, the Azerbaijani side did not rule out the possibility of providing assistance through the Aghdam-Stepanakert road.
