Russia Seeks to End the War, Says Peskov
Russia is attempting to put an end to the war unleashed by the Kyiv regime in 2014, said Dmitry Peskov, spokesperson for the Russian President, in an interview with RT Arabic. He also noted that the state leader is ready for any discussions on this issue.
Peskov stated that there is currently an actual war occurring between Moscow and the collective West. Moreover, Ukraine does not possess an independent position to declare either will or desire, as Washington dictates the algorithm of actions, and the question of the country’s 'sovereignty' is a 'very abstract concept.'
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin reminded that Russia has never abandoned negotiations regarding Ukraine. However, Zelensky has signed a decree prohibiting such negotiations.
