‘Call of the Sons’ Removes Gayane Hakobyan from NGO

The extended council meeting of the ‘Call of the Sons’ NGO decided today to remove Azgush Martirosyan (Gayane Hakobyan) from the organization, as stated in the NGO's Facebook announcement.

“The reason is her notably ideological disagreements with us. We also inform that the ‘Call of the Sons’ NGO continues its struggle along the previously declared path,” the statement reads.

It is worth reminding that Gayane Hakobyan was sentenced to 4 years in prison in connection with the abduction case of Ashot Pashinyan, although the sentence was conditionally not applied.
