«There Are Failures in the Work of State Bodies», Says Pashinyan
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has addressed economic crimes, noting that there have been disclosures and arrests related to such cases.
According to the Prime Minister, legal changes are being made to ensure that these chains cannot operate under the illusion of legality.
“We have government programs where we tell people: ‘take this pen for your profit from here, put it here, and the government will reimburse you a percentage of the cost.’ There are people who do this, acquiring property with government support. However, there are also people who create fake documents claiming that the pen has been moved from one place to another, and they come to receive reimbursement. They do receive it, but they won't get far this way; the end result will be prison,” he said.
Pashinyan also pointed out that there are failures in the work of state bodies in this regard. “In some cases, it is intentional, in others, it is negligence, and conclusions should be drawn,” he stated.
