Russian Forces Shell Kryvyi Rih, Death Toll Reaches 12

The death toll from the Russian missile attack on Kryvyi Rih has reached 12, with over 400 apartments destroyed, reported the head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, Oleksandr Vilkul.

“Today is a day of mourning in our city for the victims of yesterday's terrorist missile strike. Unfortunately, there are already 12 casualties; a 67-year-old man died overnight from injuries incompatible with life,” wrote Oleksandr Vilkul.

According to him, work is ongoing to eliminate the consequences of the shelling.

It was noted that the Russian army fired heavy artillery at Nikopol. Additionally, they attempted an assault in the region using drones, which were shot down by air defense forces. There was also a missile attack on Odesa overnight, resulting in three fatalities and at least 13 injuries.

Emergency aid is being provided to those affected, and all services are working on-site.
