Collision between Mercedes-Benz servicing Yerevan-Gyumri route and motorcycle leaves injured

Today at 12:39 PM, the Shirak Regional Rescue Service's crisis management center received a report that an accident had occurred at the intersection in Sarnaghbyur village and there were injured individuals; assistance from rescuers was required.

According to the Rescue Service, it was determined that a motorcycle (driver: A. M., born 1975) collided with a Mercedes-Benz vehicle serving the Yerevan-Gyumri route (driver: N. H., born 1990) near the 92nd km of the Yerevan-Gyumri highway.

Before the arrival of the rescuers, the motorcycle driver was transported to Gyumri Medical Center. Rescuers approached Mercedes-Benz passengers L. K. (born 1997) and A. S. (born 2003) with an ambulance, disconnected the vehicle's power, and performed cleaning operations on the roadway.

The injured were also hospitalized at Gyumri Medical Center, where doctors assessed the health conditions of L. K. and A. M. (born 1975) as serious.
