Four-Day Talks Between Mirzoyan and Bayramov Conclude in Washington

Four-day negotiations between the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia have concluded in Washington.

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken stated that the parties discussed complex issues in recent days and made substantial progress regarding a peace agreement.

"The final agreement will be historic and will serve the interests of both Armenia and Azerbaijan," Blinken noted.

According to the U.S. Secretary of State, the pace of the negotiations and the foundation built by both parties indicate that they are nearing an agreement.

"The final stretch of a marathon is always the hardest, but the U.S. is here to help our friends reach the finish line," Blinken added.
