You will be judged too, at least for your criminal inaction in failing to judge the criminals. The former Minister of Labor and Social Affairs and co-founder of the 'Living Country' party, Mesrop Arakelyan, stated on his Facebook page:

'Yesterday, the Vice President of Parliament announced that all those responsible for October 27 will be judged—All those who ordered the shooting of citizens in the center of Yerevan on March 1 will be judged—All those who stole the soldiers’ bread, purchased expired missiles, imported criminal practices into the army, thus weakening it, will be judged—All those who, participating in state purchases, looted and dispossessed the citizens of Armenia along with their relatives will be judged and are already being judged.'

We have been hearing these words for five years, and a simple question remains relevant: when? For five years, the political tragedies of modern Armenian history remain unresolved, and there is no individual who has been convicted resulting from the investigation of these crimes. For five years, there has not been a single court decision that has convicted any former official for looting.

And alongside all of this, another question arises: for whom was the amnesty law adopted on November 1, 2018, which also extends to the articles of looting the country? Of course, all criminals will be judged, provided that the statutes of limitations on the crimes haven’t expired due to your actions. You will be judged too, at least for your criminal inaction in failing to judge the criminals.'
