We Expect a Clear Statement: Artsakh Cannot Be Seen as Part of Azerbaijan – Babayan

David Babayan, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh and now an advisor to the president, anticipates a clear stance from the authorities of Armenia, Russia, and the United States regarding the issue of Artsakh.

“There can be no rights or security within Azerbaijan. We expect a clear statement from the Armenian authorities that Artsakh is not seen as part of Azerbaijan. The same goes for Russia and the USA: if they see it as part of Azerbaijan, they should say so. We won’t take offense, but we need to see our actions to know if we have parents, and if we have brothers or sisters,” Babayan wrote on his social media page.
