According to rumors circulating, drug trafficking has government sponsorship. This was stated by Artsvik Minasian, a member of the ‘Armenia’ faction, during an extraordinary session of the National Assembly.

“In this regard, systemic efforts must encompass all directions and individuals, regardless of their position, role, or capabilities. There should be severe punishment and accountability in schools, among minors, and also within the armed forces, in all areas connected with our security systems,” Minasian said.
