Fight, insults in a night club: The mayor of Parakar plays a leading role
On April 23, an incident of hooliganism occurred in the Armavir region. The Armenian National Police's Armavir regional department and the police’s Vagarshapat division received operational information indicating that around 02:00 AM on that day, hooliganism took place in the "California" night club located in the village of Tairan.
According to Shamshyan.com, the police have determined that 36-year-old Davit Minasyan and 33-year-old Gor Martirosyan, residents of the village of Parakar, along with their friends, engaged in an unnecessary argument with individuals present in the club while under the influence of alcohol. They reportedly shouted sexual insults and displayed blatant disrespect toward customers, staff, dancers, and security personnel of the club. For approximately 10 minutes, they deliberately violated public order by using violence against customers and hitting glass cups against the walls, breaking the club's windows. Furthermore, they exhibited similar behavior on the roadway outside the club, disrupting the normal flow of traffic and demonstrating blatant disrespect toward the public.
Davit Minasyan is the mayor of the enlarged community of Parakar. The police are taking necessary measures to identify Davit Minasyan, Gor Martirosyan, and other participants in the fight.
