U.S. Deputy Secretary of Commerce for Global Markets Visits Armenia
Arun Venkataraman, the U.S. Deputy Secretary of Commerce for Global Markets, has arrived in Armenia. This information was announced in a statement released by the U.S. Embassy in Armenia.
"During the visit scheduled from April 6 to 8, Deputy Secretary Venkataraman will meet with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and will deliver opening remarks at the Armenian-American Strategic Dialogue session, emphasizing the United States' interest in deepening commercial ties between our two countries and enhancing commercial cooperation in various sectors, including energy," the statement said.
It is noteworthy that prior to this meeting, Venkataraman was in Azerbaijan and will subsequently visit Turkey and Georgia.
