Traffic Accident in Gyumri: Ambulance Driver Responded to Call While Intoxicated

On April 7, around 8:30 PM, a traffic accident occurred in the Bagratuni roundabout of Gyumri, involving an ambulance driven by Habet Sargsyan and an Opel vehicle driven by Samson Varosyan. According to preliminary information, there were no injuries reported from the accident. This is reported by Shamshyan.com.

The drivers were subjected to sobriety tests at the scene, which revealed that H. Sargsyan was under the influence of alcohol at the highest level and responded to the emergency call in that state.

At the accident scene, H. Sargsyan attempted to mislead the police, but he was unsuccessful. The Shirak Regional Department of the RA Police is preparing materials regarding the incident.
