Hajizade Responds to Pashinyan's Twitter Post
To achieve a peace treaty, Armenia must negotiate in good faith. This was stated by the spokesperson of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Ayhan Hajizade, in response to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's tweet. Azerbaijani media have reported this information.
He wrote, "Respect for territorial integrity and sovereignty must prevail in our region, and any escalation must be resolved based on the norms and principles of international law. The international community supports this narrative."
Recall that Pashinyan wrote on his Twitter page: "There will be a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and it will be based on written agreements reached at the highest levels. There will be no new escalation. The international community must decisively support this narrative."
