Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry: 'The Armenian side usually carries out a mass disinformation campaign before military provocations'

The spokesperson for Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry, Aikhan Hajizade, stated that in order to establish peace in the region, the Armenian leadership must abandon aggressive rhetoric and cease aggressive actions, such as violating territorial integrity and interfering in Azerbaijan's internal affairs. “Both during the occupation and in the period following the 2020 war, the practice has shown that the Armenian side typically conducts a similar mass disinformation campaign before carrying out military provocations, shifting the blame onto the Azerbaijani side,” said representatives from the aggressor country.
