‘An Offer to Assume Office Behind My Back Is Being Made to Another Person’ - Artsakh Minister Resigns

The Minister of Healthcare of Artsakh, Samvel Avetisyan, has submitted his resignation according to his application. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh.

“I want to inform that the only reason for my resignation from the position I held is that during my tenure, without informing me, so to speak, behind my back, an offer has been made to someone else to assume the position of head of the healthcare system, thereby creating the impression that the process is secret. If they do not wish to work with you, that should be stated directly, without ambiguity, in respect of the other person,” Avetisyan stated.
