Vardan Oskanyan: Armenian Authorities Have Given Consent for Artsakh to Remain Part of Azerbaijan
“There is a substantial fact expressed in the statements of our authorities and our opponents that the Armenian authorities have verbally—at this moment, and also somewhat documentarily—given their consent for Artsakh to be, to remain part of Azerbaijan. This is a very dangerous phenomenon,” stated former Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan during a conference on the topic of “The Imperative of International Recognition of the Republic of Artsakh.” He added that this would be confirmed and receive international recognition when the so-called peace treaty is signed.
