Azerbaijan's Armed Forces Violate Ceasefire in Artsakh Using Firearms: AR Defense Ministry

On February 21, Azerbaijani Armed Forces units violated the ceasefire along the northern and eastern directions of the contact line by using firearms. There were no casualties reported on the Armenian side. The violation of the ceasefire has been communicated to the command of the Russian peacekeeping forces.

According to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Artsakh, the situation along the contact line is currently relatively stable.

"At the same time, the statement issued by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense claiming that our units opened fire on Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied areas of Shushi, Martuni, and Karvachar from 20:45 on February 21 to 01:20 on February 22 is yet another misinformation," the statement reads.
