Who is the New Minister of Justice?
The President of Armenia has appointed Grigor Minasyan as the new Minister of Justice, according to an official statement from the presidential website.
"Based on the Prime Minister's proposal, in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution and Article 5 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government, Grigor Minasyan has been appointed as the Minister of Justice," the presidential decree states.
It is noteworthy that on December 25, Minasyan was relieved of his duties as Deputy Minister of Justice. He is the brother of former Armenian Ambassador to the Vatican, Mikayel Minasyan.
