“We are doing everything we can to change this situation quickly. On the other hand, we want to ensure that we do not lose our dignity, so that the consequences are not severe, and that we can live peacefully in Artsakh... Indeed, the situation is serious concerning both food and gasoline,” stated Ruben Vardanyan, the State Minister of Artsakh, during a Facebook live stream, addressing the situation of the people in Artsakh who have been under blockade by Azerbaijani 'environmentalists' for about 11 days.

“I want to say one thing: first, we are responsible, we are ready, we will work, and we will act. Second, we will not let anyone turn this into chaos, and third, we will definitely keep the media informed about what we are doing; you will receive information from the operational headquarters,” Vardanyan said.
