Extraordinary Meeting of the Security Council Held in Artsakh

On December 22, under the chairmanship of Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan, an extended meeting of the Security Council was held. The session focused on the military-political situation in the country resulting from the blockade of the only road connecting the Artsakh Republic to the outside world.
