«Azerbaijan continues to claim that all rights and security of the Artsakh Armenians are guaranteed. Meanwhile, for the third day, the Lachin corridor has been blocked, and gas supply has been halted, creating a disastrous situation in Artsakh. Azerbaijan is shooting itself in the foot with this step and proving to the world that the assurances are merely words,» wrote Edmon Marukyan, Armenia's Special Envoy, on his Twitter microblog.
