We Do Not Encourage Ukrainians to Strike Russian Territory, Blinken on Recent Events
The U.S. authorities do not encourage Kyiv to strike Russian territory, but they intend to continue providing military assistance to Ukraine, which is necessary for self-defense. This was announced by Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
"We do not encourage Ukrainians to hit Russian territory and do not give them the opportunity to do so, but it is important to understand what Ukrainians are experiencing every day in the context of ongoing Russian aggression against their country. Together with our partners around the world, we are determined to ensure that they have the necessary equipment to defend themselves, their territory, and their freedom," he said.
