After the government meeting, a debate ensued between the Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, Zareh Sinyan, and a journalist during a briefing with reporters.

Sinyan asked the journalist to pose a question without descriptors, to which the journalist responded, "Do you have a perception problem?" Following this, he inquired about the results of the summit, for which significant funds had been spent. Sinyan replied, "I will not answer your question because of your rudeness."
