VIDEO: Monetary Reward for Information on the Pemzashen Murder

On November 9, a particularly serious crime was committed in the village of Pemzashen, Shirak Province. The Armenian police have issued a statement, seeking the support and cooperation of citizens.

“At 12:28, the fire and rescue service of Artik received a report to the police that the door of a house across from the Pemzashen school was locked. The firefighters opened the door. In the bedroom of the house, the bodies of 31-year-old Zarine Meliksetyan, her 12-year-old daughter, and 8-year-old son were discovered with stab wounds,” the statement indicates.

Representatives from several law enforcement agencies traveled to the scene. A criminal case has been initiated, and operational-search measures and investigative actions are being diligently carried out to clarify the circumstances of what occurred.

The police are appealing to the public, hoping for citizens’ support and cooperation. The confidentiality of individuals providing valuable information regarding the case will be guaranteed, and a monetary reward will be granted,” the communication concludes.
