Political scientist Suren Surenyan writes: “All of Nikol Pashinyan’s assessments of Azerbaijan’s aggressive policies are undoubtedly relevant. The issue here is different. It is worth noting that today, during the regular session of the Government, Nikol Pashinyan delivered a speech lasting more than 30 minutes, addressing Aliyev’s recent provocations in Shushi.
