Peskov: 'In Kyiv, it has been given a legal appearance that no negotiations will continue with the Russian side.'
Russia's presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated in an interview with journalists that Russia remains open to negotiations with Ukraine, but currently, there are no opportunities to continue them. The information was reported by RIA Novosti.
“We have repeatedly said that the Russian side is open to negotiations, but we have also drawn everyone's attention to the fact that we do not see such an opportunity at the moment because in Kyiv it has been encrypted, that is, it has been given a legal appearance that no negotiations will continue with the Russian side,” said the Russian presidential spokesperson.
