Decision Made to Allow 'Petak' LLC to Continue Operations

Based on the instruction of the head of the State Inspection of Urban Development, Technical and Fire Safety, specialists from the inspection body conducted supervisory activities at 'Petak' LLC, located at 17a Arshakunyats, Yerevan, in October of this year, following the company's respective application. This was aimed at verifying compliance with the requirements of the directive issued by the inspection body on July 1, 2021.

According to the information from the department of public relations, consultation, and outreach of the State Inspection of Urban Development, it was found that more than half of the recorded violations from the previously issued directive have been completely eliminated, while other violations mentioned in the directive have been partially addressed, and currently extensive and intensive efforts are underway to eliminate these remaining violations.

Consequently, the State Inspection has decided to permit 'Petak' LLC to continue its operations, taking into account that the direct and immediate threat of fire has been eliminated as a result of the work carried out. Additionally, a new directive has been issued regarding the still unresolved violations, specifying a clear timeline for their resolution.
