During the 6th congress of the Civil Contract party, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan expressed readiness to sign a document in Sochi to extend the mandate of Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh for 10-20 years. However, the Prime Minister noted that he does not have the right to resolve this issue alone, as the decision-making format is trilateral.
