U.S. State Department: 'We Haven't Seen the Efforts from Russia That You Speak Of' Regarding Yerevan and Baku

The U.S. State Department's spokesperson Vedant Patel, when asked whether the U.S. is concerned that Russia may jeopardize the ongoing processes between Yerevan and Baku under the auspices of the West, replied that the U.S. welcomes any country's efforts aimed at resolving relations between Yerevan and Baku, but they have not seen the efforts from Russia that one might talk about.

Previously, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated that the West is attempting to interfere in the process of normalizing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
