Video: Hostage Taker Still in Bank, Demanding $2 Million, Helicopter, and Russian Flag
Currently, in the city of Kutaisi, Georgia, an armed man is holding 12 people hostage inside a bank, demanding $2 million, a helicopter, and a Russian flag. Footage shows that the area is cordoned off, but there are no active operations from security forces.
Earlier reports indicated how the armed man managed to enter the bank and take hostages.
