Excess Amount Paid by the State Due to Violation Returned to State Budget: Artsakh Prosecutor's Office

As a result of measures taken in a criminal case under the investigation of the Artsakh Investigative Committee and under the supervision of the Protection of State Interests Department of the Artsakh Prosecutor's Office, an excess amount of 1,611,850 drams paid by the state has been returned to the state budget due to violations committed during the heating process of a building owned by a state non-commercial organization by a private organization.
