Major Accident Involving 5 Minors Occurs
Yesterday, a car accident took place in the Syunik region. Around 22:30, a 17-year-old resident of Syunik, Surik M., lost control of his Toyota 4 Runner vehicle on the Goris-Stepanakert highway, 16 km mark. The car veered off the roadway and rolled over several times, ending up in a field on the left side of the road, as reported by shamshyan.com.
As a result of the accident, Surik M. and his passengers — 16-year-olds Harut A. and Marat H., along with 15-year-olds Artak A. and Sasun G., all residents of Syunik — were taken to Goris Medical Center with bodily injuries.
A legal investigation has been initiated regarding the accident.
