Artsakh Interior Ministry Addresses Theft Reports in Agavnok Community
Reports circulating in the Armenian internet sphere regarding alleged thefts occurring in the Agavnok community of the Kashatagh region do not reflect reality. This was stated by Hunan Tadevosyan, the head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, in an interview with an «Armenpress» correspondent.
“Currently, officers from the Kashatagh Police Department are alongside the community leader and residents in Agavnok. No incidents of theft or other violations have been recorded in Agavnok. The Ministry of Internal Affairs urges residents not to fall for clearly false information and to rely only on official news sources,” Tadevosyan elaborated.
The issue was also addressed by MP Karen Hovhannisyan, a member of the “Justice” faction, who in a Facebook post confirmed that he is in the Agavnok community and asserted that no incidents of looting have been reported there.
