“Iran has clearly indicated that it will not allow the closure of the border with Armenia, and continuing to fire at the border under these circumstances means that a war is being provoked in the Caucasus, the purpose of which is the collision between Turkey-Russia and Turkey-Iran, especially considering that Turkey is pursuing a fairly independent policy. In this way, they are trying to disrupt the balance in the South Caucasus,” he mentioned.
