Kyiv Must Agree to Our Terms and Sit at the Negotiation Table, Dmitry Peskov
Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, stated during the "Moscow. Kremlin. Putin" television program that the demand for initiatives to calm the situation around Ukraine has decreased. Nevertheless, he believes that sooner or later, reason will prevail, and negotiations will once again come to the forefront.
"Ukrainians must understand our terms once again," said Peskov, adding that Kyiv must agree to these conditions, sit at the negotiation table, and confirm a document that has already been agreed upon in many respects.
