"There Are Moments When Difficult Decisions Must Be Made" - Ishkhan Saghatelyan
During a press conference, Ishkhan Saghatelyan, the Vice President of the National Assembly and one of the leaders of the opposition, announced that the tent camp in France Square was established to support the opposition movement. However, according to him, there are moments when difficult decisions must be made.
"We could have kept the tents under this sun with several hundred people, wasting our resources and weakening our cause. We understand that this decision could affect our ratings, but we are responsible for the ultimate outcome. I assure you that all those citizens who think that the struggle may weaken after the tents are removed will be convinced otherwise. We are grateful to the citizens who maintained the tents, but their efforts are needed elsewhere. If a time comes when we need tents again, we will set them up again," Saghatelyan stated.
