Some Police Colonels Without Hats, One Wearing NYPD Hat: Seyran Ohanyan

The leader of the Armenia parliamentary faction 'Hayastan' and former police chief Seyran Ohanyan made a post on his Facebook page titled 'The Face of Nikol's Police' and shared accompanying photos.

'Some of the police colonels of the Republic of Armenia are without hats, while one wears a New York Police Department hat. A police officer who does not uphold the dignity of the uniform and breaks the law cannot establish or defend the legal interests and safety of a citizen. P.S. A police officer who curses at a citizen is immoral and will face punishment for the crimes committed,' he wrote.
