Former U.S. President George W. Bush confused the Russian military operation in Ukraine with the events in Iraq during his speech:
"One man started a completely unjustified and brutal invasion of Iraq... Oh, I mean Ukraine," Bush stated.

Russian Telegram channels have circulated this segment, labeling it as the former president's Freudian slip.

It is noted that the American intervention in Iraq began after statements from Bush's administration claiming that the Middle Eastern country's authorities had weapons of mass destruction. Later, it became clear that there was no evidence to support this claim.
