Sardarashen Village Mayor's Interview Sparks Controversy, Artsakh Information Headquarters

In response to various inquiries, we clarify that today, the interview given by Sardarashen Village Mayor Haik Hakobyan to 24news.am has led to misinterpretations. This was reported by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.

“In particular, Azerbaijani forces continue to remain in the part of Karaglukh where their advance was halted due to the operations of the Defense Army units on March 24-25, and this area is located near several villages, including Sardarashen.

At the same time, the Azerbaijani side regularly spreads misinformation in various directions, supposedly about new incursions, with the latest concerning certain villages in Martakert. However, the reality is that such claims are completely false, and there has been no positional change along the contact line following the aforementioned incidents in Parukh and Karaglukh.

We urge everyone to follow only official news and not to fall for Azerbaijani misinformation,” the information headquarters stated.
