The meeting between Prime Minister Pashinyan and President Aliyev in Brussels was entirely about the relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, stated David Babayan, the Foreign Minister of Artsakh, in an interview with Azatutyun.

He reaffirmed that the red lines of Stepanakert remain unchanged: Artsakh can never be part of Azerbaijan. “Official Stepanakert has always emphasized that dialogue is preferred over war. Naturally, we have our perspective, and that is that we will never be part of Azerbaijan. It is unacceptable to us, has always been unacceptable, and will remain unacceptable forever. This meeting, as we saw, primarily, and perhaps entirely, concerned the relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan,” he said.
