Export and Import Restrictions: Putin Signs New Decree
The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, has signed a decree regarding the implementation of special economic measures in the field of foreign economic activity.
He has instructed to compile lists of countries within two days where the import of certain goods and raw materials will be prohibited.
Additionally, he ordered that by December 31, the Russian government's established lists of goods and raw materials will face export and import restrictions.
"The export and import restrictions of the Russian Federation do not apply to goods and raw materials transported by citizens for personal needs," the decree states.
