Facebook Prohibits Advertising and Monetization for Russian State Media on Its Platform
Facebook's head of cybersecurity, Nathaniel Gleicher, announced that the social network is prohibiting advertising and monetization for Russian state media due to the situation surrounding Ukraine, as reported by RIA Novosti.
According to Gleicher, Facebook is "carefully monitoring the situation in Ukraine." He added that the social network continues to label the Russian Federation's state media.
