What Are the Conditions for Preserving the Nuclear Deal: Iranian President
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, during a phone conversation with French leader Emmanuel Macron, outlined the conditions for preserving the nuclear deal under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). His remarks were reported by the Mehr agency, as noted by Lenta.ru.
The head of state emphasized that to achieve this goal, all sanctions must be lifted, and pressure on Tehran during the Vienna negotiations must cease. “Political pressure has been exerted on the Iranian people, and demands have been made that could jeopardize the prospects for signing the agreement,” Raisi stated, calling for the abandonment of all false demands against Iran.
It was noted that the president presented constructive proposals that guarantee the rights of the people of the country, as well as considered the initiatives of other states.
