“A few days ago, Armen Grigoryan, who was a close associate of Haik Marutyan and had been appointed director of the 'Waste Collection and Sanitation' agency by Marutyan, was arrested. He was apprehended for embezzlement of 17 million drams. Marutyan’s associate admitted guilt and compensated for the damages. I would like to remind you that this person was receiving an average salary of 1.5 million drams per month. Furthermore, I must emphasize that this individual was appointed to his position solely due to his close ties with Haik Marutyan.
