US and NATO Do Not Pose a Threat to Russia, Biden Issues Special Statement
We must give diplomacy a chance. This was stated by US President Joe Biden during his special address regarding Ukraine.
“Yesterday, the Russian authorities publicly proposed to continue diplomatic negotiations. I agreed. We must give diplomacy a chance,” he said.
Biden noted that the US is ready to formalize written security agreements with Russia if they can be reached. Additionally, the US President continued that the United States is offering Russia new measures for arms control.
“The US and NATO do not pose a threat to Russia,” Biden stated.
