Peskov on Cyber Attacks in Ukraine
Russia has no connection to the cyber attacks in Ukraine, assured Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of Russia.
“We know nothing about the cyber attacks. As expected, Ukraine continues to blame Russia for everything. Russia is not involved in any DDoS attack,” Peskov told journalists on Wednesday.
Earlier, Ukraine's Information Security Center reported a DDoS attack on the websites of the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces, state-owned Privatbank, and Oschadbank.
The United States is offering Ukraine assistance in investigating the cyber attacks on state websites.
