Ukraine and Turkey Discuss Development of Military-Technical Cooperation
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu held a phone conversation during which they discussed the threats present in the Black and Azov Seas, as well as the development of bilateral military-technical cooperation.
“A substantive conversation with my Turkish colleague and friend Çavuşoğlu about the security crisis created by the Russian Federation and the diplomatic avenues for reducing tensions in the Azov and Black Seas. I welcome Ankara's active efforts. We discussed the development of Ukraine-Turkey military-technical cooperation,” Kuleba wrote on his Twitter account.
